Follow the Path
Quiz Online 7.0.1\Quiz 7.0.1\Quiz PHP 7.0.1\Quiz_7_0_1\install\assets
Open file smartWizard-validation.js and remove line num 126 which says "data = check_purchase_code(purchase_code, quiz_url);"
enter any purchase code and you will redirect to the next page.

Note: You may get the error after completing the database step just Relode the page where you install the script and you will redirect the login page. make sure you Manually Upload the quiz.sql file to upload the database otherwise it will show you the error.
