One vote for Rank Math, based on my experience (I'm in the SEO field). Hope that there is someone can explain for you in details.

There are many good SEO plugin: Yoast, Rank Math, All in One SEO Pack, SEOPress, SEO Framework. The best one is the plugin give enough features what your site really need, most of people never use a half features of Rank Math, but they install it by it's the most features one. Really, sometimes SEOPress free or Yoast SEO free enough for our sites.
With me, all my projects using SEOPress Pro now because it good, stable & the license for multi domains very cheap. I just consider Rank Math if I want to do keyword research & see keyword rank on the site, but I ready do that better via professional SEO tool like Semrush, so SEOPress Pro is my best choice.

I was about to make a post on similar thread topic but went through previous related posts on best SEO first and found yours.
I don't know which to go with now. Although, I had used Yoast in the past.
May I suggest, if you don't mind, that you edit your thread and add a poll so that people can vote for some names I found.
