Reco - Minimal Theme for Freebies v5.1.0

Hi!
I have installed this theme on the host.
But after importing the demo. I saw the twitter.txt file again. And the content as in the picture below.
- Is it safe?

Hi, Virustotal identified the VEX.Webshell Ad-Aware after analysis. Has anyone checked the files and can we say this is a false positive?
