I'd like to recommend to use the available and latest v9.5.9.4 version released and immediately uploaded by @Tomz on the 29th of September. Wpsoul just hasn't updated the Codecanyon release log since your mentioned date.

Which menu? If you mean the theme main menu than there are 3 different options to make your own. I recommend to use elementor and create your own menu based on these tutorials:

I disabled the elementor pro and the menu is back. Is there any elementor fix for it?

The problem is, when you activate elementor pro the menu from rehub wil dissapear. When you deactivate the menu will appear. Is there any fix for it?

you can null it

In the file rehub/admin/rehub.php find the line around 220 which is

$raw_response = wp_remote_get( 'https://api.envato.com/v3/market/author/sale?code=' . $tf_purchase_code, $prepare_request );

Comment out that line and the 'if' block below it like this:

                //$raw_response = wp_remote_get( 'https://api.envato.com/v3/market/author/sale?code=' . $tf_purchase_code, $prepare_request );

                //if ( ! is_wp_error( $raw_response ) ) {
                //    $response = wp_remote_retrieve_body( $raw_response );
                //    $response = json_decode( $response, true );
                //}

Now directly below that paste this:

                $response = array();
                $response['buyer'] = $tf_username;
                $response['supported_until'] = date('Y-m-d',strtotime(date("Y-m-d", mktime()) . " + 365 day"));

Save the file and enter anyname and code to activate the theme.

Now go to the plugins page and you will see you can download all the bonus plugins he said you couldn't get.

You also have access to all the demo stacks.
