REHUB theme proper installation

I've installed earlier versions of ReHub for testing. When production time comes, i will buy it. The old php workaround for installing no longer seems to work.
Can anyone share best practices to successfully install Rehub for testing? I appreciate it.

which PHP version do you working?
As you know that ReHub theme includes most script and they updates their codes regularly. As fas as i know Rehub works with php 5.6 but latest version and above

Yes, that is what I meant. I see these instructions, however, what I do not see is that bit of code in that .php file.
