Upload files to the server in binary mode and after that run

www.yourdomain.com/_install/install.php

You can see how to upload files in binary mode here:

A tutorial on the installation process can be found here:

You will be asked to enter the license key, so the key for your domain is: ( suppose to by default on localhost )

license key , look like this Ioncube

Then you will need to enter your database details, so you will need to create a database for your website first. After that just follow the instructions on the screen.

You can see how to create a database in this video:

The administration panel after the installation is located here:

www.your_site.com/administration/index.php

Login: admin
Password: test
(Please change it after the first logging in).
