Check out Linode - they give you $100 credit. You will need to enter your cards details though, if I remember correctly. Just remove the card from the account afterwards and you're ok.

Get .edu mail (Tricks available on youtube)
then after 1 week go to azure student pack activate it using .edu mail
pfff you can create any type of RDP from azure for free
