Ya , I know that too , but whatever rules I have written till now are to reduce shits , scamming , harms etc . Before applying I think for weeks if it's good, effectiveness, impact etc.
Restricting requests will highly impact on group activity as many users just start using the forum after getting help from their sapling requests, , ,ex: guess I'm new member , requested here for something , noone replied and my thread locked, should I be active there ?
Anyway, this request restriction is surely negotiable, if you guys suggests and reports how it should be applied, it will sound good.
