I've tried filling in the request form, no email arrives, no link to checklist arrives, no download. Seems to be a dead unresponsive link. No response from the author.
Anyone out there manage to score this freebie at some point? If so, please share.
Or, if you have a comparable checklist you might feel compelled to share, that would be of interest and greatly appreciated as well.
