Well, I need a wordpress plugin (preferably) or a php system to manage downloads.
However, it will do the following:
1- the administrator will create users on the system
2- the administrator will upload pdf files for each of these users in particular
3- the administrator will have a report of files that were and were not downloaded.
This system will be for controlling invoices for users
