I mean can u send the theme file like the one I can upload it in the wordpress appearance theme

Read it again written on vidplay product page:

"VidPlay is a PlayTube theme, handcrafted with care. It offers the best performance and advanced features for your site. VidPlay is the perfect theme for your site."

it is PlayTube theme bro, it doesn't work with wordpress.
