I keep getting this error, no matter which version I install.

the solution is to read,
delete the key from constants.php an delete the key from the database
Thanks for the DB heads up. I deleted the key from constants.php, but it keeps throwing the error. I never thought of deleting from the DB as well. Thanks again.
