EDX and coursera sites have a lot of cool free courses but the certificates includes some fee, Do you know any method like carding methods to bypass certificate fee to Pass the courses and take the certificates?!

Anyone who interest in this thread,
I found a way to get free certificate from Coursera ,
Its pretty simple , just look for courses with "Financial Aid available" and they want some explanation from you and there is some template text for it you can find from google, and after two week you can start the course and get the certification completely free
