as i understand from the developer the codecanyon version is not same as the website version
even the demo have different name and sections

this is the developer email.

The Email Customizer Plus is a different plugin. It uses an Advanced Drag and Drop Editor and MJML framework to ensure responsiveness of the emails across the devices. The regular one in CodeCanyon has a basic editor.

Maybe they stopped selling on codecanyon because the GIF image on codecanyon shows that it's a drag and drop builder.

they do have 2 version
one which is on codecanyon as per him its basic, and the one from the link i post which is pro version.
