Why the scroll magic version back to 3.7.9 and cannot download 4.0?

please update to 4.0 again. thank you.

Hello, I talked to the developer about the difference between this and scrolly....it seems they are phasing out Scroll Magic in favor of Scrolly eventually...any way to get Scrolly?
