You need to create a database and database user in your cPanel. Give all permissions for the created user and connect the site with a database.
SQL file upload in the created database via PHPMyAdmin in cpanel

Yes, But this shows before I can do anything. So where/how I will paste my database information?

I'm looking at the files to paste manually.
