I think you should buy education gmail so will get unlimit drive. Put everything you want there.

Maybe you can do like youtube private videos with passwords or restrictions, if not then I agree with gggg, you can buy those unlimited accounts on here or I go on ebay to find them, then you can link to them that way and use any hosting for it since your embedding and not hosting them through the account.
(as a hosting provider, I wouldn't say it's allowed due to lot of CPU to stream it to x connections and in 720 or 1080, 4K, 8K)

theres literally 20+ sites that do, someone even mentioned netu, but there are also private dmca ignore hosts
