Relatively simple job portal websites.
UI needs hella lot of work. Same for UX.
The first page should point out what your strong point is. And what is the difference between you and the other competitors?
There should be a section dedicated to the reviews/word of the people who have found their dream job. Something good, cheesy, and classic.
Your title/subtitles need modification. Their readability is zero to none.
Just so you know – the same goes for your what and where.
I can't start on the Find button. The color orange in there does not represent anything on your site. It's better to look for something so much simpler and accessible to the eye. Nothing fancy, though.
Add some recommended jobs or jobs with high payouts on your homepage. That way, the conversion rate doesn't go down the hills.
There are many more issues with your site. Compare yours with some mid to higher-end competitors and see what needs modification.
