- Loading times are between 4-5 seconds in general, which is pretty slow. You should consider using a better webhosting with SSD and CDN. No one is ever gonna wait that long for a page to load nowadays.
- You should not use 3-4 different fonts. Makes your website unprofessional. Use simpler fonts and not more than 2 different ones throughout the whole website!
- The background is too much in my opinion, but I guess that's subject to taste.
- If you decide to use this gradient background, then consider changing the color of the letters to white. It's just more readable and much nicer.

Remove the gradient background. Use white.
Change the font to a more professional looking font
Incorporate your color palate into your logo, accents and footer.
Go to https://detailed.com/tech-blogs/
Look at other websites for design ideas
or use a template

I highly suggest that you should consider to "making a website" again.
