Looking for some tips to get this site ranking higher, Also the pick n mix page any advice on optimising this?

It would be very hard to rank at this niche as there are 100s established websites already doing same. Plus you are offering nothing special for potential customers. Even you managed to rank higher how will you convince them to buy from you. You have still a lot to work on your website.
If you are doing this business without having a actual store you need to get hygiene certificates and if you have already it would be nice to show that on your website.

If you need a free traffic work on instagram. Thats how I made my first sale.

Thanks for the input, We currently are doing over 100 orders a day organic, And 100 orders from other sites eBay/etsy etc. Definitely see what you are saying regarding the bigger companies being more established. We have 5* hygiene certificates. I see what you are saying why would people go to us other than the bigger companies other than the fact we are a lot cheaper and we also donate to local charities.
