I wonder if people actually looked at zip files before asking as existing nulled version has demo data folder already on it
Although on checking it no it does not have the Athens demo

Oh LAURD!
I specifically mentioned "ATHENS" demo which I couldn't find in previous zip's even after reading instructons. Hence, I posted zip file earlier with "ATHENS" theme in it, but since then, it was removed by moderator.
Aaaaanyways, I got Athens theme to work now but while testing it, I've noticed that Menus remain empty after import. So, what you can do is create a custom link in any of the menu and click save. Now refresh page and you'll see Menu list getting restored. Now, you can safely remove that custom link you created and click save. Do that with all menus to restore their list.

If you going to use Gordon, then at least use the proper words to go with it
But anyways, moving on, thanks for the little tip bit and I will add the missing demos to the nulled demo data folder.

Hi Marius,
fact is, the majority of themeforest themes are heavy loaders with terrible pagespeed insights and gmetrix results.
I've been looking for a modern looking and fast theme for a client of mine so i've tested over babiato a bunch of themes, hoping to find any where the speed and minimalistic claims of the developers are actually true. Well, the majority of them failed to get over the 0-49 range on pagespeed insights which is vital for ranking on google search.
Your theme was (and still is) one of the few which hit by default the 50-89 range, so with my client's blessings and cash i bought a license for it on themeforest.
Now i have a new client who wants to migrate his 12sec loading sports-gear site to a new speedy and fancy theme, so my first thought is again your theme. But still, we (no-developers) have no way to find out if the themes will meet our clients requirements, other than use the nulled stuff (which i actually dislike). It would be great if there was a time-limited license (like 15 days ) for themes on themeforest so we can test before throwing our clients money out of the window for shitty code (been there, done that..).
Still, I can only encourage the rest of the community here to support the hard work of the developers, especially when they make money out of it!
PS.
Still struggling with getting into the 90-100 range on pagespeed insights, but it's all good..great theme!

Use plugins folder in Rey theme from main download for Rey Core plugin, install before running through theme setup.

Make sure that you have all the plugins from plugin folder within the main download theme zip installed first, then activate theme and install other plugins needed through theme setup by going to Rey Theme and then Manage Plugins..

If you get any messages about Redux plugin not being active, simply install it from here freely.
