I think it is problem with some files in the personalized area, you should replace some files to make it work. replace the related file with @ghostriderrr or the one in this forum.
1 - replace \resources\views\admin\settings\personalization.blade.php
2 replace \resources\views\admin\settings\personalization\page_background.blade.php
you will some problems by not showing properly, but it works fine. all changes will save well
just temporary solution until finding another version 1.5 with no problem in files.
I hope it will solve your problem.

@SirTee Hello sir, I tested the plugins on the localhost but the plugins are not working. Even after replacing the files correctly, the plugins are not getting enabled.
