What demo content do you need Crypto trade or Cryptocurrency ?
If you need Crypto trade, then in the folder with demo content the folder "fifty_four". If Cryptocurrency then the folder is "fifty_seven".

To have demo content here, you need a license key. BUT on the official website of this theme there is information on installing the demo "There are two methods of importing the content – Demo Importer and WordPress Importer " LINK
Install demo content using WordPress Importer.

thanks for providing us with updated versions!

for the others:
since they are untouched, install an activated version first like 3.2.3 or 3.2.4 ,
then update files via ftp upload and the theme will stay nulled and activated

Hey, after updating theme (and plugins - atm i have core, wpbakery and revslider) to latest versions, i got white screen at every page. Do you have any fix for that? Thanks!
