WHAT'S NEW
* Healer Remade:

• Two effects will take place after being shot by the Healer (effective at the same time):
• If the player is currently knocked out, they will stand back on their feet instantly (with 1 HP remaining);
• Players who are hit will also receive a buff: Increased Movement Speed and Spring height for a period of time
• Healer can now be used on self (only when not in knocked out state)
