If your wordpress websites broken from a addon;
I recommended definitely backup before plugin install or major wordpress/woocommerce updates.
Make frequent backups of the .htaccess file and SQL database.
Backup saves lives.
- Connect to hosting via FTP or hosting control panel (like Cpanel/Plesk) or what you use
- Enter to public_html or www folder
- Enter to "plugins" folder under "wp-content" folder
- Find broken or unwanted plugin's folder in there and delete or rename
