I think this might not be the same plugin as per screenshot. If the plugin is from the developer as per screenshot, the website is https://octolooks.com/wordpress-auto-post-and-crawler-plugin-scrapes/
The file downloaded has no links to this developer. They all go to

Not working for me fatal errors , any one figured out how to resolve them ?
about the plugin it's clear that it was a modified plugin , the dev used the original one and added some new futures like javascript options using puputer and more , but sadly not working ..

You pointed out a very useful thing.
Probably some other developer took the opportunity and started to update and develop the plugin and sell it themselves.
Anyway as you pointed out, based on the official changelogs, The uploaded plugin is different than what it is supposed to be.
If you go to this message and read a couple messages up above it, til you get to his. You'll see that it's a problem with the updated version where it hasn't been nulled to bypass whatever is causing that problem.
