Hello,

So we ran into 48 disputes all stolen cards used to test if working then sold on black web how can we protect losing products some use same ip address some might be behind a VPN. Anyway to sell to the correct customers. Tried smart manager but can't get same ip address

To protect site if multi orders come in with same up address to block it after 3rd order.

my recommendation is to use the right payment method such as PayPal avoid were you can fight your dispute with protection there a few plugins that have IP block itheme security pro you can block that IP and try to link your site with Cloudflare for more protection you can add a custom rule in Cloudflare to challenge specific IP or country hope that helps

Thanks using cloudflare free version. We are using authorize.net much better then the bank we used was a redirect payment page. Ip block we using wordfence.

Short answer to your question is use Fraud Protection from payment processors. Implement the following. "Verified by Visa" and "MasterCard SecureCode" are additional security services by Visa and MasterCard designed to allow authentication of card holders by their issuing bank during online transactions in order to reduce fraudulent credit card activity and protect card holders. If these are implemented for your website there will not be any disputes and refunds.
