I also happen to have this theme
i even did a client's website.

Also the demo imports and fully nulled,
no offence if you wanna sell that theme go ahead but its available for free or less too.

I have just installed it under PHP 7.2 and it works very well. Demo content imported without any trouble at all. No need to spend money on this for sure.
