I use only SES. It's good and cheap for my needs. How many emails do you send that you need any faster rates?
If you have legitimate reasons, you can always request limit and speed increase with AWS support.

How big is your list? I don't know how can it be cheaper than SES - 1$ for 10000 emails.
With SES you don't have to worry about deliverability, so I think that the pricing is very worth it.

If the cost of SES is too high for you then you're doing something wrong.
From that big emailing list you should return your investment very quickly.

Autoresponder? You need autorespond to received emails? Not sure if Sendy can do that.
Maybe Mautic or something more powerful.

Then I think that VPS power is more important for this as well as speed of sending. I always schedule campaigns so I don't see how is that different except if you will be sending a lot of emails at predefined intervals.maybe you dont use that feature of Sendy , is an automation

Why don't you just try things and you'll see how it will work. You have nulled Sendy so there shouldn't be any problems for testing.

Your Sendy installation is unable to get your SES quota from Amazon because the 'Amazon Web Services Credentials' set in Sendy's main Settings are incorrect. You probably did not copy and pasted your IAM credentials fully or properly into the settings. Please re-do Step 5.2 and 5.3 of the Get Started Guide carefully to resolve this error.

Have you followed steps 5.2 and copied correct access key and secret?
Is your server time configured correctly? It needs to have correct and current date and time set.

You're probably using wrong port or wrong combination of password. Follow the troubleshooting guide which is provided in error message.I installed Sendy and configured Custom SMTP, however when I send a test email, I receive this error.

I don't believe so.
My SMTP is correct and working in every location I checked.
Only Sendy has a problem.
The same error with me, this source have problemI installed Sendy and configured Custom SMTP, however when I send a test email, I receive this error.

There is no problem with the program. If this error occurs, it should be your hosting provider. He has closed the ports required by 25 and SMTP, and sent a work order to your provider for consultation.
