Are you sure you know what you're doing? Unpack the zip file. What you need to upload to your site is shopkeeper.zip and shopkeeper-child.zip (if you want to use child theme) within the Theme Files folder.

LMAO, you must install the zip file in the Theme Files folder extracted from the download zip. Let try again, bro !

I have tested the theme zip file, all thing works correctly xD

Devs say you dont have to uninstall the theme. all styles made inside will be kept, unless you made modifications in the source code. If you did, backup your files.
oh if you think in modifying the theme you should do it in child theme. hope it helps.
