I recalls activation when you try to download modules,
Addons are not actually downloaded for some reason,

The workaround is to upload plugins and modules manually.

I downloaded this. I couldn't download a template through the plugin but the template pack is super useful! However, I have an issue...
I am trying to use the website template "Basic" -- not the individual modules -- but the entire website template. When I upload all of the modules, I am missing the website settings.
How do I upload the entire template as a cohesive website instead of just a bunch of individual modules?

This will be very embarrassing if I'm missing something painfully obvious. But I don't think I am.
I've been watching tutorials and when they click "Installing Website Package" they get the entire website already constructed. However, for the website packs in the template folder (like basic-website-pack) the folder just contains modules.
...Unless there is some way to automatically assemble the modules?
Either the template pack is missing something or I'm missing something.
