Hello, why i got this error on PMD patient page ?

@ChintanBhat Even after patch apply, the top popup warning is gone... but at buttom of the page , still there is a modal asking purchasecode. plesae see till end of the page
Your patch doesn't disable the view of modal form. For that i found the solution. Just delete all the codes inside the modal tag of the patched view file... Solved. Now modal is empty.. so nothing will show.
It work but showing verification form at the down part
