Hi guys, pls I need help with Smart School 6.2.0.
When I click on Exam group and Staff ID, both pages return a blank page.
Has anyone experienced this issue and was it resolved?

Send the screenshot of errors you were getting. And give the cPanel details in PM I will get it fixed once I check the errors.

To others going through the same blank page on Exam Group & Staff Id,
when you are replacing the content of config.php please mind
the empty space before " <?php" in row 1 and also remember to insert your
domain address into "$config['base_url'] = '';" in row 4. For example
$config['base_url'] = 'http://example.com';

anyone can help me i have tried to install it in a subdomain. Got the installer page and database also i have set it accordingly the comes to the admin details page I have set the details there also and clicked install but its kind of redirect to the admin details page again. anyone can help me out ?? no clue whats going on . then i thought package problem then I tried with xamp its working fine there.
Check the htaccess file. If you are facing problem even after reconfiguring your htaccess then you can PM me with the domain name so i can check it once by Myself.
I am also trying to test this php script but after deletion of install folder I also got "internal error 500" as several others reported. I believe it is due to file permissions or probably .htaccess file.
I am lazy to test 777 (and it shouldn't be 777) for files and folders.
