As far as I can see none of your resources were approved or you haven't uploaded any resources, if you have uploaded and it haven't been approved then there might be some reasons:
1. Resource is already available in the forum.
2. The resource you have uploaded was from some other GPL site.
3. You are not the owner of the resource (or you haven't proved the authentication of the resource).
4. Admins were have a very tight schedule so your resources haven't been tested yet.
Hope I cleared your doubt and answered all your queries.
Read the rules implied with the resource, once you fulfill them you will have the decryption key.
