with this issue I can't update the website content can anyone tell wats wrong?

Edit here:
app/language/data/en_lang.php
+themes/[theme]/language/english/theme_lang.php

Why in the admin panel such an error - I do not know. You need to reinstall the script.

Bro I reinstalled the script 10 times freshly, deleting all cache, database and script files

But still having this issue

I even tried with different php versions but still unable to find what's causing this issue

Possibly incorrect file permissions app 0755 language 0755 data 0755 en_lang.php 0644

When nothing works then try the simplest way: enable error logging at warning level then study your server error logs along with your script error logs. Somewhere is written the issue.

You might also try developer tools from your chrome browser. It might be something in your extensions that blocks the page.

For version 3.5 refill the module was developed by amateurs (not officially). For version 4.0, the refill was developed officially and is already being sold via the developer's email.
