I bought this script because there were so many payment gateways and users are able to jump from the service list straight to ordering the service. But there are bugs and some missing features that would make this very good.
This is missing an automatic refund if the order gets canceled by the provider. Very big deal as I need to deal with the customer and make a refund. I would only dream that there would be some kind of partial refund also.
I haven't been able to sync services with service provider or prices. There is now new update but i don't know how to update. Only idea is to download new versio from envato, remove current script and install new one. But his won't update the database and there can be changes. Developer won't share the process how to do this.
Some other minor bugs.
- I think the script calculates drip feed orders wrong. I think it only charges the customer just one run
- Admin cannot close tickets
- Unable to handle tickets from mobile phone
- Some payment gateways won't automatically update customer balance
- If provider has service with only 1 quantity as known as package. Customer only pays 1/1000 when bought from the script. I quickly lost a lot of money until i noticed this. Well this isn't even minor. I really quickly removed all services that have only 1 quantity.
- The normal theme is missing google captcha. I get many bot users everyday. I haven't been able to fix this. The new theme has this but when i took the code from there the register page broke.
I might be missing something but i really think that the developer won't do anything for these. Everything is
always right and working well. And if they happen to fix something they won't do update to others. It only gets done to 1 customer. But its big hassle to transfer customers and funds to another script.

I also noticed some of these and fixed them on my copy. Now lets address the automatic refund issue. This will be a very bad idea(at least for me) as i don't give refunds if the user provides a wrong link. Secondly, most of the service providers if not all don't provide any refund process in their APIs.
I managed to fix the ticket closing issue but it needs an extra function in the controllers and an extra line in the routes.
Since i am using a custom front theme i made myself i implemented the re-captcha and it works perfectly. No more bots.
One more thing i noticed(i think it depends on your service provider) is if a user enters any quantity less than 30 it didn't charge them. So i had to deduct from their balances once i noticed this. I also added an extra code in the order controller to make sure this never happens again.
Lastly, be nice and share the latest version(here or in my inbox). I will then fix the highlighted issues and re-upload it so everyone else can have it. Cheers
Could the refund process be optional? If the order is canceled by the provider it doesn't cost me but my customer won't get money back.
I have implemented manual process for refunds. I added refunded -column on orders table in database that will be shown also on the GUI for admin. If i do refund i will also update the status to database. This is the way it worked on smartpanel script.

You need to setup push notification even if you don't use it. Admin dashboard -> Push notifications -> Here you need to fill pusher app id and other settings you get after registering free account. It then shows new users, deposits and order atleast on desktop. On mobile i haven't seen these notifications for some reason.

I am having small issue with this script
when accessing the api provider in admin the script throws the following error
