Dones anyone knows is it a PORT blocking issue, if that is what port I need to unblock to resolved it.

NB: ModulesGurden says on their documentation about a common problem.

This is not a port issue, cause when you run trial one, you'll not get any of this message. so I'm confirm that, this is not port issue.

You can delete them on client custom field
