APK worked but still not let me add device and not showing loggged device with 7.2.2 apk

i Installed corresponding verstion 7.2.2 but after successfull installation can't let me log in even reset password 2 to 3 times.

I don't know exactly why that happens, I also got caught in this situation but then copy-pasting my email address and the pass let me log in. You can try that, sometimes, you got this error because of router caches, so you can restart your internet modem and then use a different browser to log in.
Please share the feedback so that I know what was the issue exactly. Thanks
