Well i've been running it for 2 almost 3 years, nothing really happened.
As per Sngine is more compact than wowonder, its better optimized, so just use cloudflare to protect yourself, and use their rules feature to cache all the assets and uploads to make it even faster.

ajax still makes requests. or if the cache does not change, then there is no load?

I did not see the point of nulling the complete code and reuploading it just for the android app
Requests.php makes requests due to online user status and messages update via ajax, thats why, if that doesnt refresh or make requests people would need to refresh the page to get new notifications/messages etc... so that needs to happen.

That plug-in is not part of the original script you need to by it from the developer who created it

not true the plugin only allows you to use WebRTC instead of agora.io or Twilio so with or without it the script works and is complete it is only an alternative way to do live streams or video calls
