Having Trouble with hosting and I had no response.

He is not to be seen around for quite sometime, the servers were out.. but have been up for the past couple of days.

You could try creating a ticket,and hope that he replies.

my websites are down for quite some time and are still down, some are up but most of them are down, can't even access cpanel to take backup.
Already created ticket, I just want to take out my data, that's all. and I am done.
It was a good hosting but i guess not anymore if it's not just mine problem.
