Software for a support desk ideas?

Good evening Babiato's!

I've been wondering what software to improve a small technical support desk, with a billing platform.

I currently use Perfex on its own, but this really doesn't do anything but billing well... even that is sometimes sh**.

So I'm looking for a support desk software, and a separate billing platform,

Anyone got any ideas or suggestions?

ideally nulled! As we're only a small team right now.

The Software You Requested Cloudonex is good for support too. You can try that.
It has ticket feature.

Hey thanks Haksxsx, I tried viewing your post about CloudOneX on my mobile phone but Babiato is 105% adverts unless you are viewing on a desktop haha.

HAHA :D YES We have problem on adsense
i will fix this problem on new theme :D

@Bogusheart yeah i know it sucks, well anyway thanks to you i was searching for one too and it just happened to be all in one.
But i am having issue with generating new quotes do let me know if you get success there.
either i had connectivity issue while submitting or it just froze while submitting.
