I have downloaded the main files and tested the theme and it all works for me.

It should work for you first time, however as it seems not to try this version with a slight change, the only difference is that you will get an empty licence tab showing.

How do I clear the theme information from the database?
I think it was because I transferred demo content.
I think they put something inside.

Here is How I TEMPORARY fixed the error !
Using the ftp I deleted the theme, then I refreshed the screen, so it vanished.
I uploaded the Soledad 8.0.4 and reactivated it.
So it has been fixed

You can delete the theme from WordPress, then manually go to wp-content folder and move onto themes folder and check that folder to see if you have any leftovers for Soledad in it.

Each theme should be in it's own folder, so if you have still got a folder in there called soledad, then simply delete the whole folder.

Clear WordPress cache and start again.

what should i do to continue using it

It gives the same error after deleting and reinstalling.

I deleted the Soledad folder and installed version 8.0.7. It works.

Was having same issue on a few sites. Anyone found a way to get any version past 8.07 to work. I tried 8.08 and 8.09 and both result in the error so running 8.07 for now.

One other note, I did a fresh install on a new domain with 8.09 and do not get the error. Not sure if there is a timer or something, will see if it has the error after some time has passed.

1- Delete Soledad folder (public-html>wp-content>themes>SOLEDAD)
2- Upload V.8.0.7
3- Clear Cache
4- FIXED for now...

Moving to 8.0.7 works at the moment.

For those having issues with latest v8.0.9, I have altered the past two versions here, so please retest these two zips for v8.0.8 and v8.0.9.

Testing:

Gone back to v8.0.7;
Installed the demo importer plugin;
Imported the first demo template Ads Agency;
All imported fine;
Then updated theme to v8.0.8 and all works fine still;
Then updated to v8.0.9 and all works fine still.

There is also an update from v3.5 to v3.7 for the demo importer plugin, which you can easily do yourself through your own plugins, however I have also added it here too.
