It's not hard. Read the documentation file.
Create a mysql database.
Login to your phpmyadmin
Upload the sql file
Install script and run it.
You are done.

There is not installation folder in script files. I cant install the script. what am i doing wrong?

That's v3.7 you need to look for v3.9 - It will solve your installation issues.
