Have you ever encountered this error message? If so kindly advise how to resolve
AutoSSL did not renew the certificate for “sugarcane.ng”. You must take action to keep this site secure.

The “LetsEncrypt” AutoSSL provider could not renew the SSL certificate without a reduction of coverage because of the following problem:

⛔ www.domain.com (checked on May 25, 2021 at 1:12:04 PM UTC)
DNS DCV: No local authority: “domain.com”; HTTP DCV: The system queried for a temporary file at “http://www.domain.com/.well-known/acme-challenge/B0927O-HIOZL3N8-FDQGY”, but the web server responded with the following error: 404 (Not Found). A DNS (Domain Name System) or web server misconfiguration may exist. The domain “www.domain.com” resolved to an IP address “111.11.111” that does not exist on this server.
For the most current status, navigate to the “SSL/TLS Status” interface. You can also exclude domains from future renewal attempts, which would cease future notifications.

The certificate that is installed on this website contains the following properties:

You need to make sure your .htaccess has the correct code so it can read the folder where it can do the renewal at.

Are you using a wordpress site? If so then you need to manually code your .htaccess file with the right code. Can you share your .htaccess file or are you needing hands on help getting it sorted?
