thanks for confirmation, i have check cloudflare traffic analytics and all traffic is coming from there server. Now trying to fix why not showing https in my local network or pc.

Have you deleted all the cache ?

Its you network then. Change your IP if you can. Otherwise just wait for your internet provider to wake up!

if you have activated ssl in cpanel, i think you can install wp in softaculous and choose https at installation

Try connecting using a VPN and you should be able to see your website using SSL. Also, if you do not use a VPN, use https://proxysite.com.
Your ISP has cached some content and it will take some time for it to expire. So wait.

i got this same reply from couldflare community. Thanks everyone i am pretty sure this is the solution to wait for short while.
