It is used to register posts for social networks.
You register posts and it posts on later dates that you choose
You can register several posts in a day and during the week or month the system will publish it on social networks.

At the root of the script there is the .htaccess file
Open it and remove the Options +FollowSymLinks part
In the install folder there is also the .htaccess file
Open it and also remove the Options +FollowSymLinks part
Check your PHP version too

Installed 7.1.0 again and still can't run the installation
