I install 7.2.3 but when I want to log in Instagram account this error showed to me: CURL error 7: Failed to connect to 45.155.68.129 port 8133: Connection refused
proxy is fine but I can't log in in any account
anyone can help me?

If you put the right database, just exit the install and enter the main domain
