The asshole author revoked all of my purchase codes that I have made, so I'm unable to receive updates now.

I was able to get my credit card company return me a small portion of my money that I've spent but the majority of it has been lost.

I unfortunately do not have root access and the author did not help with an alternative method to use the software so I asked him for a refund and he refused.

So, I contacted my credit card company and explained the situation, and they refunded my money. So, out of revenge the author revoked my 20+ purchases of the modules I purchased which has a value around $700. Luckily, I was able to get $200ish back but the rest have been lost cause the purchases were made over 6+ months ago.

I contacted envato regarding this situation but unfortunately the modules are sold outside of envato so they can't do anything. Which is why I'm here today asking for updates lol

Actually, I opened the file and replaced the prewritten text, both in the htaccess of the directory (where the index.php is) and the htaccess of the "Install" folder.

Interestingly, it already works today! I did everything days ago, but until today it hadn't worked. I think it may be because of the cache ...
