Only 3 days registered account is able to connect. You are allowed to download 3 files/day.
If you are active and eligible you will be able to download 10 files/day.
The number of downloads I can change based on the number of members connected so as not to overload.

Eligibility Rules:
You may download 10 items/day.
+Your account must be at least 7 days old.
+Likes >= 20
+Points >= 10
