Student result Portal and Report Card Generation

Webmasters, please come to my aid. I want to create an online school portal, where students can be able to check their results. And, also this portal will allow teachers to fill the students scores for all subject and then print their terminal result in a Report Card format. Just like I have in the screenshot. Which plug-ins or script can I make use, please??? Thanks in advance.

Which script?

Do you by chance know of any script that can give the explained function? Let me know, I will get it, and will be useful for this community.

Hello. Are you aware of Smart School Management System?. It's a Php script and it is already shared here in this platform and It will help you get the targeted result.

Do you think Smart School can deliver the attached Report Card Template?? Theirs is not close to the one in the image I attached with my post above. Modifying their script might break the whole script, cause it is heavy. Moreso, I don't need most of the features they have, which makes it so heavy. I need a script for Students Online/Offline Report Card Generator only.

here is what ill help you with,
First create a html /php template based on the report card with all fields required.

most of the shared scripts here use 'module' system to add and remove features to the scripts.

next create a module that will help you get the data from the database as per the student queried.

eg. smartschool has an api endpoint that is used by their app.
you can 'hack' the point to querry all the details you need using the api using php or any other language
